THE ORIGINS AND THE CHARMING ENVIRONMENT
In the Tuscan countryside of Suvereto, Cornia Valley, this holiday estate after years of abandonment, has been restored by the owners for its enchanted location. The land has been planted with 1000 olive trees, also adding two agricultural outbuildings that completed the “little village”, with every detail in the name of tradition and for beauty’s sake.

FRUITS OF CREATIVITY
In this farmhouse between Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima, the architect Mario Botta expressed his creativity with the winery PETRA, that is visible from ”La Sassaia”. Then, the wine company “Tua Rita” (Yours Rita) has conceived and created the award-winning wine “Redigaffi”.
There are 20 hectares of farmland with olive grove, wood and Mediterranean scrub. The 1.000 olive trees are among the highest ranked varieties in Tuscany: Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio, besides other ones lesser known as Cuoricino, Morcone and Lazzero di Prata, that the owners wanted to plant to preserve memories and the history.
THE HOLIDAY FARM
Along with its good wine and oil, the farmhouse consists of five lodgings: four two-rooms apartments and one studio.
The Manor House characteristics
The core part of the building opens onto a living room with a fireplace and a dining room for guests and friends. The typical Tuscan terracotta floor exudes warmth and familiarity. The large kitchen with its fireplace as well, reveals distinctive features of those who love spending time cooking. The chestnut beans and the terracotta tiles of the ceilings evoke the essence of Tuscan character. Complete the ground floor, a pantry, a laundry room and a toilet. In the sleeping area at the upper floor, there are three bedrooms (two of them double bedrooms), two large bathrooms (one of them, both with tub and shower).
This is combined with 420 sqm more of living area where there are:
- a large plastered agricultural outbuilding of 200 sqm with an office area, oil storage and bathroom;
